History of Lanzarote One
Lanzarote One is the result of a company formed over 30 years ago by Nick & Lesley Brumby who remain as working owners. The business growth has been in response to their customer’s needs, so in 1991 a new company called Lanzarote Property Management was born to manage the accommodation and look after their guests in resort.
Shortly after the new arrival of Lanzarote Property Management they all moved to larger frontline premises in Puerto del Carmen on the Main Avenida where they are all still based today. The new premises proved to be an ideal location for the Brumby’s third addition and an Estate Agency joined the family. House Lanzarote began trading alongside Lanzarote Property Management and Lanzarote One. The group of companies offered a great opportunity for clients to buy property in Lanzarote, have it looked after by the Management Company and earn revenue through holiday rentals. The company grew, with more and more properties being added to its portfolio every year.
Fifteen years ago, the website Lanzaroteone.com was launched which has evolved and grown year on year. The development has been constant with several redesigns reacting to the constant changes in the market and customer feedback. It provides high quality property photos & details to showcase the fantastic villas and apartments on offer. A true reflection of each and every property – what you see is what you get.
Currently Lanzarote One has a portfolio of over 150 properties, consisting of villas and apartments. Providing accommodation for over 5000 clients, many of whom return every year. Lanzarote One also provides Holiday accommodation to major UK Tour Operators and several independent Travel Agents.
What began over 30 years ago as a small company now encompasses three businesses working under one roof – hand in hand to provide a service from initial purchase to Property Management along with Holiday Rental.
