The double front doors open into the spacious entrance hall. The well planned layout has the bedrooms and bathrooms to the left of the hallway and the light-filled living area to the right, overlooking the pool and garden.

Wifi and a Bluetooth Tower speaker are provided for your convenience.

Contains a large rectangular dining table with 6 rattan chairs, surrounded by fitted units. It also has a built-in washing machine, sink, and fridge/freezer. A set of patio doors leads to the rear area of the property, and another set opens out onto the pool and garden. This provides the choice of a completely enclosed or open dining area, depending on your mood. Either way, it is perfect for enjoying a BBQ which is just outside on the terrace.

The property has a private, enclosed garden and pool area with ample sunbathing terraces with sunbeds around the oval shaped private pool. The attractive garden features a covered gazebo with a round table and chairs. A table tennis table is provided for further entertainment. Access is available (adults only due to Health & Safety requirements) to the roof terrace which provides beautiful views out to the Ocean.

Puerto Calero is an exclusive Marina with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars, and restaurants. It is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the al fresco bars while watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats, and waterside leisure activities. The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5 minute drive away, or you can take the taxi boat from the Marina to the Old Town harbour. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Car Hire:
Car hire is not essential if you are happy to remain in Puerto Calero as the Marina is only a few minutes' walk away. However, it could be an advantage if you are planning to visit the different resorts or see the many sights the island has to offer.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price.

Cleaning Service:
The property is fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Accessibility:
The living areas and bedrooms/bathrooms are all on one level, but a few steps lead from the living area down to the pool area.

Amenities:
Cots and High Chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item. Wifi is available at no additional cost. Driveway and street parking are available outside.
