Living Room
Comfortably furnished lounge, with two 2 seater sofas, rocking chair complete with a large Flatscreen TV with satellite system providing BBC/ITV/Ch4/Ch5 and all Sky channels available in Lanzarote and WIFI. There is also an extendable dining table with two chairs and a breakfast bar plus two chairs leading in to the kitchen. The lounge has an air-conditioning unit that can also be used for heat during the winter months.
Accommodation Exterior:
The property has its own sun terrace along with Canarian seating, a table and two chairs plus a small ratan sofa. There are stairs leading up to the roof terrace where you will find two comfortable rattan seats and a table, two sunbeds plus great seaviews.
Accessibility:
The bungalow is on one level with walk in shower. There are steps that lead to the roof terrace.
Amenities:
Wifi & AC is provided free of charge. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
Location:
The bungalow is located less than 250 metres from the main Avenida de las Playas and Playa Grande beach. The busy resort of Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).
Car Hire:
This is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto Del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels not provided.
