Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. 5th guest supplement of £75 per week includes hire of z-bed.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels not provided.
Accommodation Summary:
Costa Luz is a two bed, ground floor property in a great central location within minutes of the main Avenida, amenities and sandy beaches.
Located in a prime beach side position in central Puerto del Carmen, you literally walk from the gardens, straight onto the sandy beach of Los Pocillos. The beach is a clean, sand beach where there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to rent. The waters are crystal clear and safe for swimming. The main promenade runs behind the complex, so you have direct access to shops, restaurants and all other amenities of Puerto del Carmen. Costa Luz has a large communal pool with sunbathing terrace and is ideal for spending a relaxing holiday.

A bright, open space with ceiling fan, comprises of two comfortable sofas and 2 poang chairs, coffee table and flat screen TV with Satellite System (including BBC/ITV/Channel4, 5/BBC News) and Wifi. This space is also air-conditioned (coin operated) and has a ceiling fan.

The complex is completely gates with access via a coded number for pool and main exterior gate, key access for rest. The pool area has toilet facilities within the gated pool/terrace area. The pool is open daily from 09:00 – 19:30.

Ground floor. Surrounding area is flat perfect to walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. Walk in showers, one with handrail.
Amenities:
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item. Safe. Wifi is provided at no additional cost. Air-conditioning (coin operated) in the lounge along with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Location:
The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition, various water sports available. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The popular Marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the Old Town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats.
Local activities include: Theme Park, boat trips, deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) and Water Park (Costa Teguise).
Car Hire:
This is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto Del Carmen, but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer. There is a taxi rank across the road and the closest bus stop is at San Antonio Hotel/Club del Carmen. There are also local bike hire shops.
