Air conditioned. A door leads off to the utility area which has the washing machine, clothes line and a further fridge/freezer.
Living/Dining Room
The entrance hall, with its glass peaked atrium style ceiling, leads to the spacious and bright living room with two leather sofas, 55″ HD TV with Bluray DVD player (selection of DVDs) and music system, including an iPod docking system. Internet TV system (Including BBC/ITV/CH4/5 and all Sky channels available in Lanzarote). There is further separate seating for 4 and a desk for those who cannot leave work behind! Wifi is provided throughout. Patio doors lead to the pool and sun terrace.
An open plan design, an archway leads to the large dining area with seating for 8.
Accommodation Exterior:
The private swimming pool has the added convenience of an electric pool cover and external shower. The sun and pool terracing has ample seating both in the shade and in the sun, including an L Shaped sofa and chairs for 8. There is alfresco dining tables to accommodation a full house and a Canarian Stone BBQ for the chef in the family who can enjoy the sea views whilst cooking the steaks!
The added luxury of a 5 seater Hot Spring Jacuzzi completes the complete chill out experience that this accomodation has to offer.

Ocean View is situated in Los Mojones, a quiet sought after residential area close to the Old town of Puerto Del Carmen The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), Whale Museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).
Car Hire:
This is not essential in Puerto Del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. Guests over 6 are charged at £115 per person per week, with the exception of High Season which is based on full occupancy. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price.
