Accommodation Summary:
Great location on the Colina del Sol complex, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and Puerto Del Carmen strip, this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached property with pool & stunning sea views is well positioned within a complex that provides the added benefits of a communal swimming pool with Roman steps and snack bar. The property sleeps up to 4 people and has a large sun terrace equipped with a comfortable seating area and Alfresco Dining.

Living Rooms
A spacious and airy living room equipped with a comfy sofa, two modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 plus ceiling fan. The large 46″ Smart Flat-screen has a TV system with SKY News and a limited amount of UK channels. There is also a DVD player, Bluetooth music speaker and free WIFI.
Sliding patio doors (which also have an electric shutter for extra security) lead out to the spacious terrace providing pool & sea views, al-fresco dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a comfortable seating area, all shaded under a retractable pergola. It also features a small fireplace for those cooler winter nights and to enable the chef of the family to BBQ.
The bungalow has mosquito nets on all of the windows.
Accommodation Exterior:
Sliding patio doors lead out to the spacious terrace providing sea views, Canarian BBQ and al-fresco dining for 4 people. Swimming pool and poolside bar/restaurant which is open until 10pm serving food & drinks. The pool is open from 08:30 – 20:00 (from 12:00 – 20:00 on Wednesday due to the pool being cleaned).

The Colina del Sol complex is just a stones throw from the Biosfera Shopping centre and it is within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and main Puerto Del Carmen strip.
The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).
Car Hire
This is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto del Carmen, but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
