Villa Caleton is a unique property set overlooking the sea and beside a small cove; it features furnished terraces and sea-themed décor. Ideally located on the main “strip” of Puerto del Carmen, with an abundance of restaurants and entertainment for all ages, on your doorstep.

Open plan living space:
The fitted kitchen has all you need for a self-catering holiday including fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. There is a dining table with 8 chairs. Also a washing machine, iron & ironing board and clothes airer are provided in the villa.
The comfortable lounge has patio doors to the terrace with unrestricted seaviews, satellite TV and WIFI.
There is a shaded pergola area leading out from the lounge, where you will find a large terrace overlooking the Ocean. There are sunloungers to soak up the sun and Canarian seating in the shade. The perfect setting to enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine.

There is a safety deposit box, Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
El Caleton 40 is centrally located in Puerto del Carmen on the main Avenida de las Playas. The busy resort of Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise)
This is not essential in Puerto del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
