This beautiful, air conditioned villa is spacious and bright, and built in an L shape which means that nearly all the rooms have the benefit of doors opening out on to the pool terrace. Modern comfortable furnishings and modern appliances add to the experience of enjoying a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the sort after area of Los Mojones just a 15 minute walk away from Puerto del Carmen´s old town harbour. The open plan lounge has large patio doors covering one side which open out on to the terrace with swimming pool, built in BBQ and hot tub. For entertainment there is a music system, compatible with MP3 players/CDs, DVD, satellite TV, and WIFI .

One side of the lounge area has large patio doors giving the advantage of light and also easy access to the pool area. It has a spacious open plan design and is fully air conditioned. Furnished with comfortable sofas and for entertainment there is free to view satellite TV, DVD, Pioneer music system for CDs or MP3 docking (the speakers can be switched to be heard on the pool terrace). There is complimentary WIFI. The dining room has a table with chairs to seat 8.

Location
The busy resort of Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specializing in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports are available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive away or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats.
