Lanzarote Property Management was started in 1991 by Nick and Lesley Brumby, and we remain as working owners, to manage properties on behalf of the owners, the majority of whom don’t live on Lanzarote. The business grew quickly and in 1994 we moved to larger frontline premises on the main beachfront Avenida in Puerto del Carmen, where we are still based today. In 2002 the first LanzaroteOne website was launched to showcase the increasing range of holiday accommodation, villas with private pools, bungalows and apartments, that the company offered. The website has evolved and grown year on year, as has the portfolio of upmarket quality accommodation. The development has been constant with several redesigns reacting to the constant changes in the market and customer feedback. It provides high quality property photos & details to showcase the fantastic villas and apartments on offer. A true reflection of each and every property – what you see is what you get. All of the accommodation is privately owned and our staff are happy and able to provide in depth information about all the properties to help you choose your holiday home from home. Both the property management and holiday rentals operate from the frontline office, from where we provide both holiday clients and property owners with a complete service, whether it is arranging a holiday for a visiting client or discussing management services with a property owner. To complete the picture, we are partners in the real estate company, House Lanzarote Real Estate SL, which also operates from the same frontline premises. So not only can you book your holiday, you can purchase a holiday home and have it looked after by our management company and earn revenue through holiday rentals, all from the same premises. Currently Lanzarote One has a portfolio of over 120 properties, consisting of villas, bungalows and apartments. Providing accommodation for over 15000 clients, many of whom return every year. Lanzarote One also provides holiday accommodation to major UK Tour Operators and several independent Travel Agents. What began over 30 years ago as a small company now encompasses three businesses working under one roof – hand in hand to provide a service from initial purchase to Property Management along with Holiday Rental.
