We're thrilled to have you as our guest, and we want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Here are some important details to make your experience hassle-free:
Your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and will be cleaned again after your departure.
For stays of 5-9 nights: 2 sets of bathroom towels are provided.
For stays of 10-18 nights: 2 sets of bathroom towels are provided, along with a note about the mid-stay clean, which includes fresh bathroom towels.
For bookings of 19 nights or more: You'll receive a weekly clean, and cleaning dates will be communicated.
If your property has a pool, 1 pool towel will be provided for each guest throughout your stay.
Dispose of rubbish regularly in the large refuse bins located throughout the resorts.
Please refrain from leaving any rubbish inside or outside the property upon departure.
Maintenance and Repairs:
We'll coordinate maintenance or repairs with you, scheduling them on days and times when you're out to minimize disruption.
Pool and Garden Maintenance:
We aim to conduct pool cleaning and garden maintenance at times that least inconvenience you.
Our team at LanzaroteOne will make welcome visits to all clients in our villas within 1-2 days of your arrival. This ensures everything is in order, and we're here to assist with any queries you may have.
