The two-storey villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private heated swimming pool and a large games and recreation area with pool table, table football and bar. Most of the spacious rooms are air-conditioned, while large windows and patio doors make the most of the sunny outdoor surroundings.

There is also a selection of box sets and films available on demand. Spanish TV is also provided, with the facility to change the language where available.
The lounge is air-conditioned and features large picture windows overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the villa.
Games & Recreation Room:
The spacious lower-level recreation area is ideal for entertaining and relaxing, featuring a pool table, table football, bar and comfortable leather sofas.

The information given for entry was timely and it was easy to locate key. The villa is huge and is even bigger than it seems in the pictures. The outdoor areas were amazing for kids and adults alike. The pool is heated to a lovely temperature and is a good size; it goes from 1.4m to 1.95m; good for a proper swim. The communal areas are big, light and airy with Juliet balconies. The dining room table was great to eat at and play games. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob! There is lots of crockery to have a fully loaded dishwasher and still have enough to go around. There is a supply of plastic child and pool friendly "crockery" also. There is a washing machine and ironing board in an outbuilding that is accessed from the terrace. There is also a toilet situated just inside the front door. The terrace was a lovely suntrap. The master bedroom is very large with a large double bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe; the ensuite has a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms on the upper floor are a double and a twin which can share the family bathroom which has a large bath, great for toddlers and a handheld shower. The lower floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One has a walk in shower and the other a jacuzzi with a handheld shower. These are both situated off a smaller room that has bunkbeds and can easily fit a cot if needed. There is also a toilet in the hall of the ground floor which was great for the pool. The games room on the ground floor has a pool table and table football and gives access to the pool. There is also a dated entertainment system which we didn't attempt to use. There is a door to the garage which had a selection of toys and floaties for the pool. This is also where you control the outside lights from. The villa was ideal for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. There is a great supermarket less than a 5 min flat walk away.

Amazing Villa
An absolutely tremendous villa, in a great location. The villa - it is absolutely huge. Photos do not do it justice, the living and bedroom space is enormous. We were a party of 8, and it felt like the house could easily accommodate even more. The outside space is great, and the games room was a big hit. The location - Puerto Calero is lovely. The villa is about a 7 or 8 minute walk to the marina. The new Superdino supermarket is right around the corner, about a 3 minute walk from the front door. The host - very responsive, and very generously helped us out by being flexible around checkout.

Puerto Calero is an exclusive Marina with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities. The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5-minute drive away or you can take the taxi boat from the Marina to the Old Town harbour. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Puerto Calero Plaza is 300m away where you will find a SuperDino Supermarket, bars, cafes and other facilities within easy walking distance.
Car Hire:
Useful. It could also be an advantage if you are planning to visit different resorts or see the many sights the island has to offer.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Supplements payable for guests over 4 is £125 per week. Please enquire. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Pool Heating
Pool heating is included from November through to the end of April.
For stays between May and October, pool heating is available at an additional cost of £170 / 200€ per week
Accessibility:
Set on two levels, there is a large internal staircase (stair gates available) and the pool area is on the lower level so accessible by steps only.
Amenities:
Cots/high chairs/fans (£20/€25 per week, per item), stair gates/bed guards (£25/€30 per week, per item) & Zbeds (£50/€60 per week, per item) are available upon request.
