Accommodation Summary:
This superb property (major refurbishments completed in March 2023) is bright, spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The hallway opens into an open-plan living/dining room leading to the kitchen. With large patio doors to the pool area throughout, it opens up the space with plenty of light. The accommodation is situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes' drive from the old harbor area and the fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen.

The hallway opens into an open-plan lounge and dining area leading through to the kitchen. The wall-to-wall patio doors, which lead out to the pool and patio area, offer plenty of light to this space. There are two comfortable sofas in the lounge area, a TV with Satellite System (including BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5). The dining area has a table & six chairs. Two bar stools can be used in the kitchen, which is well-equipped and has all the facilities required for a self-catering holiday including an oven/hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine.

Accommodation Exterior:
The electrically heated swimming pool (November to April inclusive) has wide Roman steps and is set to the side of the property. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax on and parasols for shade. There is a small table and four chairs plus a larger table and six chairs outside, along with a built-in charcoal barbecue to enjoy al-fresco dining. The surrounding walls provide privacy and a perfect sun trap. There is also a pool table and a table tennis table for extra amusement.

El Cielo is situated in Los Mojones, a quiet sought-after residential area close to the Old town of Puerto del Carmen. The busy resort of Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products, and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire, and in addition, various water sports are available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive, or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbor to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include a theme park, boat trips, deep-sea fishing, island excursions, a golf course, diving, mini-golf, go-karting, tennis, a sports center, bike hire, a shopping center, spas and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village) and a water park (Paya Blanca & Costa Teguise).

Car Hire:
This is not essential in Puerto Del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on 2 sharing with an extra supplement for each guest thereafter. Please contact us for a final price. The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Accessibility:
The property is all on one level, and the surrounding area is flat with a hill down to the resort.
Wheelchair accessible: Front entrance gate leading to the front door 99cm wide, front door 75cm wide, and all internal door widths are in excess of 73cm.

El Cielo is conveniently located next door (adjoining lockable garden gate) to El Paraiso, making it ideal for large families or groups of up to 22 people to reserve both properties. Cots and High Chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
