Accommodation Summary: This fantastic 2-bed property with the luxury of its own pool is in a perfect location close to the beaches and amenities of the resort. Unusual in design with the bedrooms on the lower level leading out to the pool and patio area, and the lounge, kitchen, and dining room on the upper level. There are four steps with a handrail leading from the seated area to the pool. The upper level leads out from the lounge with a large balcony, seated area, and sea views. Just back from Puerto del Carmen today. Myself and my wife booked a villa through a company called LANZAROTE ONE. From beginning to end this company were so easy to deal with. Great communication and the villa was exactly as it was in the pictures and description. The villa was called Alessandra. The villa came with the necessary amenities needed for the time we stayed. Located directly behind the strip with only a 2 minute walk. Great pool area in a quite area with a local shop 50 metres away. Would I come back to this Villa. Would I use this company again. ABSOLUTELY. If you are thinking of booking a villa in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. Then I couldn't recommend Villa Alessandra and LanzaroteOne highly enough.
Location
Location: Alessandra is ideally situated close to the main avenida and beach of Puerto del Carmen. The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products, to establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire, and in addition, various water sports are available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive away, or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbor to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep-sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go-karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas, and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village), , Water Park (Playa Blanca &Costa Teguise). Car Hire: This is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto del Carmen, but it could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer. Distances (approximately in km): - Beach: 0.10 - Supermarket: 0.10 - Resort: 0.10 - Airport: 8.76 - Golf: 2.54

Prices - ON REQUEST: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. We would accept a child up to 12 years as a 5th guest at £75 per week (zbed provided). The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for the final price. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath, hand, pool & tea towels are provided. Accessibility: The property is centrally located and is on two levels with the bedrooms on the lower level along with 2 walk-in showers.
