Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of £140 per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience. The main living areas are conveniently located on the ground floor, with bright, open spaces that allow for easy movement throughout. This level also includes an en-suite bathroom and a separate family bath/shower room. Please note that access to the first floor is via 19 steps. Amenities: Free Wi-Fi connection. For peace of mind, there is a security alarm, safety deposit box, and parking for two cars. Air conditioning which can also provide heat during winter months. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
