Location: Sofia is just a 5-minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach of Playa Pocillos. The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen, with plenty of places to eat, drink, and cafes overlooking the sea, is approximately a 15-minute stroll or less than a 5-minute drive away. The old town and harbor are a 10-minute drive away. The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants offering typical local products to establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach (Playa Grande) where sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, as well as various water sports. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular Marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive away, or you can take the taxi boat from the Old Town Harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Rancho Texas Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, a golf course, diving, mini golf, go-karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero), and the Water Park (Costa Teguise). Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price. Cleaning Service: The property will be fully prepared for your arrival, and the departure clean is included. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Accessibility: Two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The property is situated in a flat area of the resort. Amenities: The property has air conditioning, which can also provide heat during the winter months. For peace of mind, there is a safety deposit box and an alarm. Cots and High Chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
